This company is horrible. Delivery per tracking numbers shown as 1/31. Called at end of day - "sorry, it missed the truck - tomorrow, call in the morning to get a time window." Called 5 times in the morning starting at 7AM. Finally reached someone through national number at 9;30 "won't be delivered today, you didn't have an appointment scheduled." Found out I could have picked it up at the terminal from 7AM-9AM when I was calling with no answer. Unbelievably poor communication and many missed commitments. Shippers PLEASE use another carrier other than SAIA!

Got Saturday service - excellent driver. Per the shipping agreement, could have dropped the couch at the beginning of my gravel drive - instead, used his own pallet jack to bring it to my door. Above and beyond. . .thank you.

This terminal has held on to my shipment for over a week. It shipped from Wilsonville, arriving at this terminal the next day. I could have delivered it myself long before Saia. After several days of getting excuses of why they couldn't deliver they set up a delivery window then stood up my customer. I could have pushed my shipment to its destination with a pallet jack and got it there faster. DO NOT USE SAIA FOR CENTRAL OREGON!
