Scam artist Jim. Beware. He sweet talks you into business and pretends that he never said his origional proposal over the phone... his promise that I would be happy, and that they charge fairly and less than other companies and care about you. I was origionally quoted $110 one time fee that covered insurance. We estimated it would be a 2 hour move, $89 /hour for two workers and a large truck big enough to fit everything I need. Boxes and bubble wrapping items in them would cost money. Blankets, shrink wrap, and protection is included (that's what the $110 is partially for, said Jim). He gave me his personal cell phone and texted me pics of items shrink wrapped to show their level of care for my items. Upon confirming my move, I was required to providea credit card and $100 deposit. Jim never mentioned that. They also failed to inform me of a 5% charge if I pay with a credit card until the day of the move. Not having cash on hand I had to pay the 5%. My 2 hour move (Jim said they charge per 15 minute increments so you are never overcharged like other moving companies) I was told I HAD to pay for 3 hours minimum because "What worker wants to show up for 2 hours of pay?" Said Jim. I proceeded stupidly. I was scheduled for a 10am move. I was told I would get a call ahead of time letting me know when they were leaving. 9am two men show up to the door. Both were polite the entire time, I have no complaints with them beside the fact they left early instead of helping. When I was asked to sign the bill I was shocked it was $507. They moved furniture for under 1000sq ft apartment 3 1/2 miles from the start location. I was charged for shrink rap, and "the standard fuel charge in Michigan" according to Jim, he never mentioned. He told me I was lucky the shrink wrap charge was so small and that it typically is much more. The two men helping me move told me their boss is horrible and they feel bad. They had a not so nice word that describes him perfectly once you talk to him after he has your credit card. $507 to move apartment furniture (most new in the box unassembled and no they did not assemble the or open any of it) an "easy move" as the two men put it. I suggest staying far away from this company. They have all 5 star reviews which I think are fake and then a few 1 star review which I believe sums it up. The only people who review the company are taken advantage of.

I wish I could post pictures of the furniture they damaged. At least about 5 large pieces that I can see. We haven’t unpacked anything as we are still renovating. I’m dreading when the day comes to unwrap our furniture to access all the damage. What really upset me was during the move they broke the granite inset piece to my patio table then got an attitude with me when I asked what happened and what can be done. The jerk “in charge” kept repeating himself as if I didn’t hear him the first 3 times, “ I already talked your husband about it”. Ya, I know dude, you told him you broke it but now you’re talking to me and I want to know what you’re going to do about it. He walked away and mumbles whatever. IMO these guys are a bunch of losers who don’t care about other people’s belongings or their job. Do yourself and your possessions a favor and DO NOT hire this company!!

We phoned these men last minute. Not only did they come out for a last minute estimate, they also came out for an excellent last minute move. I would suggest these men to anyone.
