Showed up 3 hours late. Brought a much smaller truck than they were suppose to. Damaged home and items on both sides of the move. Terrible experience.

Gwyn, I searched our database for your name and cannot find you listed as a customer. In our 13 years of business, we have never arrived three hours late for a job. All our trucks are 26 foot box trucks so we never take anything smaller to a job. A 26 foot truck is the largest available in the moving industry unless you get a semi, which we do not provide for local moves. Those are typically used for whole house interstate moves.
