I had used this storage before they changed ownership which I would NOT RECOMMEND. I made a confirmation giving me the date and the 10×10 unit as well as price agreed upon. The man said I basically wasn't telling the truth because they had no vacancies. I walked back inside to show him my confirmation which he didn't even apologize. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE OTHERS KNOW IT!

My daughter graduated and we needed a place to store her furniture until she found a new place to live. The staff at A Storage place were a pleasure to deal with, they responded quickly when I contacted them and were friendly and professional. The whole process was very straightforward and simple. The units were perfect for our needs and we felt the security was good in case our daughter needed to go back to the unit on her own.
