This family owned business is very professional and worked with us when we had to rent 5 storage units for a house move, one unit being climate controlled, and all units very clean. Moving is stressful. AND it can be really expensive. Duh. BUT-my experience with Cubby Hole is better than expected and I mean, quite a bit better. The owner or manager who I've spoken with and whom my mom dealt with when renting the space for me while I was out of town, is exceptionally nice on the phone, as well as accomoadating to the odd hours we needed access. My mom had an even better experience in person. Prevent undue stress during a routinely stressful experience and use Cubby Hole for your storage units. The common courtesy they've shown has been refreshing!
