  The process for getting a unit was very simple. The office staff has always been nice and attentive when I have gone into the office. I love that it is available 24/7 so anytime I need to take items to the unit I can get in. It is clean and well kept. Really a wonderful facility.

  Facility is DIRTY, units FLOOD when it rains heavily. The staff is UNWILLING to hear about, much less do anything about the overly rampant COCKROACH problem in both their climate controlled and non-climate controlled units.. I’ve NEVER seen such blatant negligent disregard for facility maintenance, I’ve NEVER been treated so poorly, rudely and defensively when I brought very reasonable problems with the multiple units I had to the staff/management.. The only good interaction I had with these people was the first one- where they show you the property and you decide what size unit you want to rent.. during this- they were seemingly nice and kind and reasonable- any interaction with them thereafter was worse than the one before- after move in- you are nothing but a rent check to them and if you have any problems it’s -screw you buddy- not my problem you signed a contract.. TL;DR- AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COSTS- I WOULDNT STORE SCRAP WOOD HERE IF THEY PAID ME TO DO SO. I can’t speak for any other facilities but If they even remotely resemble this one.. stay FAR FAR AWAY as it will be hands down the worst storage experience you could possibly imagine

  This is a nice and secure facility. The staff has always been helpful and available. The climate controlled unit is just what we needed, and it always appears clean. I recommend this facility; in fact, my son just moved here from Texas and he now has a unit here as well.
