If I could give less than one star, I would. Spoke on the phone about getting a room, got all the way to the credit card step and the line dropped. The CSR had my phone number and did not call back, so I did. The gentleman I spoke on my second call with hadn't a clue what he was doing. I finally asked if it would be easier for me to go to the location in person and he advised me to do so. Problem is, the location has no office and therefore, no one to talk to - and the nearby location that does have an office wasn't even open yet. The location was also a dump with a poorly maintained fence and shell driveways - not the cement drives shown in the pictures. I need a storage room, but not bad enough to do business with this company.
