I'm relocating to this area and definitely downsizing. So of course im doing my research for price/size ratio...you know more room for your buck. Called and spoke to Mrs Rachel . She was very informative on prices and sizes and very personable when doing so. We chatted for a few and it was such a pleasure not to be just given a quote and hung up on as the few i contacted before had done. If i had to make the decision just based off of Rachel's customer service Security storage would definitely be it !

I reserved a unit through the Uhaul site but never signed a contract or checked in for access to the unit. They had no problem charging me rent for several months anyway before I noticed. I called to discuss it and was told I'd get a response from the "supervisors" within 48 hours. 5 days later: no response and no refund. I am out $400+ at a time when my budget is already very tight. Extremely unhappy with their customer service.

A good place to store my extra tools and parts. Rachel was very helpful locating the best option for my needs and was very cordial. That is something that is lacking in customer service these days.
