We rented here for almost a year and we had our payments set on auto pay For some odd reason they took our card off of auto pay and ended missing a payment they haven’t even sent notice or anything just one day and they locked our storage. We paid for it and we explained that we had moving to do and “ they have until 5pm to move the lock” . They don’t care .

DO NOT RENT HERE! I vacated my unit on the 1st of the month and called to ensure my account was closed, but I was charged for the entire month anyway. Their customer service representative told me “no refunds”. They had already rented out the unit to someone else the next day so I couldn’t even use the unit I had paid for! I’ve rented at storage units across the country and I have never been treated like that.

The 24 hour on site kiosk and 24 hour gate access made this facility user friendly. Great military discounts also offered which is a huge bonus!!!
