Please make sure you get insurance for the things in your storage. When the snow and ice came to Natchez. My things in the storage was destroyed. The storage was completely cover with water. I had a lot of memories things from my daughter that left to be the Lord. Those things can never be replace. I was not inform about the insurance when I sign up for the storage 3 years ago. And who would think you would lose everything in a new storage building. I am very unhappy !!!!

I am very sorry for your loss and the loss of your things. You can never predict what will happen with an ice storm like that. I do see where you signed on the contract that you declined the insurance available through the storage facility when offered. Hopefully your homeowners insurance will be of some help in that area. Again I am sorry for the loss of the memories. Prayers for you and your family

A clean new facility with climate controlled units. The prices are great and those ladies were friendly and helpful. I can pay my bill on line and don't worry about my stuff because of all the cameras.
