The assistant manager Rob was very helpful today. I had reserved a unit online yesterday and I got a phone call from him asking if I had any questions. He answered all my questions. I went in today and he got everything set up for me. He made the process quick and painless. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. He showed me how everything worked and was super helpful. 5 star customer service!!

Rob was very helpful today. I’ve been a long term customer and needed to upgrade, he made the process very easy, walking me to my new unit and making sure I had what I needed. I’ve had no problems with my current unit and like the new one as well (both are temperature controlled)

I have to say that Brenda, the manager at the Ranson location, provided the most diligent and helpful customer service I have experienced anywhere in recent memory! My sister and I each rent a unit and I started getting notified mistakenly that I was being billed for her unit. You’d think that would be any easy correction, but the corporate system made fixing it anything but transparent. But Brenda sorted it all out and made no less than 4 calls to me and my sister explaining the issue and the solution — including one on a Sunday, responding the same day to my original voice mail🤗 That’s what I call world class customer service❤️
