At first glance everything about this place seems really nice. But that first glance is all they want you to think about when you write a review here, because THIS form is a REQUIRED step in the registration & payment process, a step that they ask you to complete WHILE they're using their system to process your credit card. You don't have to be a statistician to see a problem.

****RENTER BEWARE**** This Storage facility treats its customers poorly and has ZERO customer service. I called today and spoke with Melissa the Assistant Manager. A previous manager had emailed me and I was attempting to explain why I was unhappy instead of actively listening, Melissa cut me off, spoke over me until I finally had to say something! Customer Service 101: LISTEN! Customer Service 102: Have empathy- empathy is not an apology (please google empathy statements). The moral of the story is if you are a long-term rental- DO NOT RENT HERE! The rate will increase every three months! Additionally, Management at this location has no empowerment to do anything to help their customers (explains the turnover). Instead, all you will get is “this is from corporate,” “we have no control,” and “It’s our policy.” Their solution is to tell you the rate you’d pay today.

Store both our 16 foot transit van and work material in a storage unit...price was best we could find and location is ideal for us...been there two months and all is good thus far
