Was supposed to deliver straight through to here and everything was supposed to be worked out. I get to this place and they tell me that my appt is the next day. I told them it was supposed to be worked out to where I could deliver then. The lady was very rude and said I could call who I wanted but I wasn't getting unloaded. I lost a load and on top of that it costed me 130 more dollars in fuel because my reefer is old and it has to run continuously to keep below 0. I dont ever book anything that I have to hold overnight for this reason. I told the broker this and the servcold but the people there could care less. I will say though the guys working inside r very friendly and completely professional. It's the only thing keeping the place going.

went to get loaded and the process was in and out very quickly. when you get there you have to call in the number is posted and i spoke to molly i think thats her name she was very friendly and helpful. parking was great it was very spaceous the all around experience was great the dock workers were very nice and friendly as well. i would come here anytime. thanks for the experience
