  I contacted owner 5-6 months out, two weeks prior I confirmed, day before delivery I got a call saying weekend driver had emergency and they couldn’t deliver. I totally understand emergencies happen but there needs to be a back up plan. Maybe entice drivers to help out? Or apply for your CDL?

  I called on Friday to made an appointment for them to deliver my order Monday they told me it would be here Monday am I called back around noon they said it be here in a little bit then I called again no answer the lady calls me back with attitude saying that they would be here between 3 and 4 that afternoon when I was told they would be here early in the morning then at 4 o'clock the guy still never shows up I called back and the lady is mad because I cancelled the order after I sat here all day waiting in 90-plus weather my kids are looking at the pool but cannot enjoy it. This is really bad service especially when they tell you they're not that busy. I wasted my day waiting on bad service.

  One of the companys drivers caught road rage during an incident on 83n. He was 5 vechiles infront of his oversized load. I belive it was a chevy equniox it had this companys name and number on the side. He actually called my company and said i side swiped him well i,sent pictues in to my company of a vechile with no damage on it and they laughed at the nerve of this guy. He leaves 2 lengths in front of him so i merge and he comes up on my passenger side on the shoulder and starts beeping and what i imagine to be profanities. If this is the road ethics of this person it speaks for what king of person they hire. You have one job and you loose your cool and your not leading 5 lengths away from your oversize load.
