  This was my second move with Shawn and Shawn. These crews are fast, friendly, and superior professionals. Paul, Brandon, and Sam were so nice to work with during a stressful time. They moved my belongings with care and positive attitudes even as they lugged my junk to the second floor. The office team, Morgan especially, are responsive and helpful. They answer calls and emails quickly. I highly recommend Shawn and Shawn for ALL moves and deliveries.

  Danny & Jared were extremely courteous & professional as they manipulated a very large and heavy armoire into a tight space. I did not think that it could be done without sawing into the top of the door jam. They were able, through much effort, to fit this piece exactly where my wife wanted to go. Through their efforts I have a happy wife thus a very happy life. I definitely recommend them and was certainly use them again

  I had a terrible experience with Shawn and Shawn. I hired them to move my daughters bedroom set to a small storage unit. They were supposed to arrive at 1 pm. Around 2pm I received a call from one of their movers saying he would be late because he was having problems with his current move. So I waited and waited. No call from the office so I called them. They sent another moving team who didn't arrive until 4pm. No apologies from anyone. They had to work quickly because it was so late in the day. By the time we reached the self storage it was getting dark. They were moving as fast as they could but it was completely dark when they were done. They checked the dark truck and came out with a few pieces of the bed they had missed in the dark. I tried to look into the truck but it was pitch black and couldn't see anything except moving blankets. I assumed they had emptied the truck. A few weeks later my daughter, her father and some triends went to retrieve the furniture from storage and when they loaded up the truck noticed that the footboard seemed to be missing. When they arrived at my daughters new apt and tried to put the bed together they couldn't because there was no footboard! When I contacted Shawn about this he initially seemed like he wanted to help. When I called back with the price to replace the bed from Pottery Barn he blamed the missing footboard on my daughter and her father. He said he has professional movers who don't make mistakes, that we didn't know what we were doing and must have left the footboard somewhere! How would 4 people in broad daylight not notice a large footboard lying around?! I was in complete shock. I have literally moved around the world and mistakes have been made but the moving companies always made things right. DO NOT use this company! They will blame you for their mistakes and do not care about their customers! Now my daughter is left with a metal bedframe pushed up against her headboard. They take zero responsibility. Stay away!
