  They helped us when we had our apartment flood with sewage water. They gave us a month free. It was one of few that worked with us. I wont lie it is relatively difficult to communicate with them now compared to how it was roughly 2 years ago. There isnt someone on site anymore and each time you call you can get put into their small call center who is "over 16 states" which in my opinion i liked having someone on site as it feels better to leave my belongings there. The unit had a bag of rat bait in it, but it didnt stop the big roaches and rats from coming out to play in our unit. We salvaged what we could from the unit on move out day on the 25th. They arent bad but they also arent affiliated with uhaul so you cant call uhaul to get ahold of them either since it seems they are an individually owned location that just has the uhaul label. The people who would answer the phone would be rather polite, but it makes it a little more difficult when you may not even get the same person you spoke too. Meaning different people different choices, repeating yourself etc. Decent place all i recommend is if you store here make sure yourstuff can face any type of weather conditions. We had some totes that were a little melted as well. As long as your stuff can maintain forces of nature & bugs/pests then your in alot better shape than I was. 🙂

  Shela you are correct. Do not store your belongings here. They do have a rat infestation. Rodent voids are all over both of the units that I have been renting. They prorate to move in but do not prorate to move out. The owners remain secret and refuse to speak with customers. Obviously they know they have poor business practices and are ashamed for anyone to know who they are. And they should be ashamed!!

  Do not store your belongings here. Its rat infested, they chewed through almost every piece of cloth boxed up. When I removed some of my belongings I found 3 DEAD rats in my box's. My furniture had mold all over it. It was a total lost. I'd advise no one use this place till they fix the problems.
