  Called this service with very short notice and Mr. Short responded quickly with next day service. The crew showed up on time and got everything I needed moved, loaded into the truck quickly. All items were covered and protected for the drive, and delivered to the new address promptly. Set up at the new location was fast and they took care not to damage any walls or floors during the move. Highly recommend this mover.

  I can’t tell you how much of a disappointment this company was. I was given this company by a family friend and I don’t wish anyone to experience what I did. The ONLY good thing to say is that they showed up on time and was easy to communicate with. Now to get to the bad.. 3 guys, 1 truck.. that’s the best that they can do for any size house you’re moving out of. They work by the hour; and I was unfortunate enough to find out why. Movers moved slower than molasses!!!! 4 hours to pack a truck in a single family rancher (est. 1200 sq/ft) - which was pre-boxed and ready to go!? Unacceptable. They will randomly decide to take an hour long lunch break (which is added to YOUR BILL!) 1 guy runs the show and the other lackeys stand around, smoke or wait until Arthur tells them what to do. Clearly a starter company with MUCH need for improvement. Move your own things yourself before even considering using this company!! HORRIBLE!!!

  I've used Shorts Moving Service for a local move, the crew arrived on time & got everything loaded in 2 hours minimum, every piece of furniture was padded & moved with care, very professional. I highly recommend Shorts Moving Service.
