If you are looking for a storage facility, don’t use Simply Self Storage on Goodman Road. It’s neither simple nor safe! Water damage on our stuff and the gate wouldn’t open to let us out! No personnel in the office and forget about them answering your calls! There was a lady in the parking lot who has been trying to get ahold of them for over a week! If you are looking for a storage facility, you can do a lot better!!

I must say Katie was so pleasant to work with it went so smooth. I viewed the storage and right away I knew I wanted to store my stuff there it was clean looked like someone had swept it, she gave my new lock and gave my my paper work and in between we had small talk. She focused on me and didn't answer the phone mid conversation and then I went on about my way I have a 10×15 I believe and monthly after taxes I'd pay 235 and some change. But the first payment was 309 and some change that's with admin fees, taxes and the coast of the store I got. A smaller one may be cheaper but its a really nice protected facility and you get what you pay for.

I've been renting one of the largest OUTSIDE not the climate control units for approximately 7mo now. It seems every 3 months our rent increases. The initial monthly payment was $245.00 then increased to $297.00 now I got a letter in the mail explaining my rent will increase to $322.00 due to a clean & secured location. Yeah that's unacceptable. Time to move out..
