I haven't had customer service like this in a long time. Shereka called to make sure we were satisfied with the unit and to make sure our move in went well. The facility is clean and well-protected. Very happy with our descision to use Simply Self Storage.

Shereka was Great! She bends over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction. I can't say enough about this girl. She is prompt and efficient and a great person on top of all that. I would recommend anyone go see her if you want to deal with the best!

I can’t express how pleased I am with the experience I’ve had with this place. Shereka is truly amazing, she went above and beyond to accommodate me and help me find the right unit in my price range. I had a rough time relocating back to Navarre from Tucson and was having a hard time finding a storage unit that was the right fit. She juggled things around to make it work for me and I’m thrilled. I highly recommend Simply Storage, you won’t be disappointed!! 🌺
