  They seem to be reasonable in price however price was extremely over rated. In the mist of them late and lost to the new location still was charged extra money. I offered dropped clothes to cover my furniture only got them to scratch/ break mirrors on a glass bed! The owner asked did I pay for wrapping each time we spoked... ,certainly if I had been asked I would have agreed. Almost two months to be told she’s going to send someone to fix the problem and never sent no one at all!!! My next steps to the BBB to report the company and also suing the company licensed bonded company she stated. I would suggest not even shopping in this store definitely not use the moving company!!!!

  Hello this is Shavonne I go over and Beyond to help our customers unfortunately moveing is not what most people think it is as far as being late it could be due to traffic the weather a number of reasons we also call the client and let them know we also give discounts for any inconvenience that we may have calls our company is fully insured most people declined to take the insurance because they do not want to pay it and they will pay a $50 wrapping fee or wrap their own items unfortunately in this case your headboard pieces of the mirror did come out our guys let you know they were a week already but I’m not going to make this a long going message and as far as getting someone to come out it’s out of my control, I put the request in to the company that can come out and fix it at no cost to the customer so whenever they get back to us with an appointment you were definitely no and like I said I will accommodate you, that’s why people should take the Insurance and as I stated to you before I’m Willing to replace your headboard because it is such a old model it might be out of stock we will do the best we can to fix this we understand customers are always right even though they are part of the problem

  I contacted Smartmove Movers after I received their business card a couple of months ago. I called the day before my planned move. Shavonne was very kind and the quote for the move was exactly what was advertised on their business card. The movers arrived on time and were ready to work. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. Both gentleman were courteous and respectful. Anyone looking to move should definitely give them a call you will not be sorry.

  This is a very professional, prompt, and well-staffed company. I received a business card and contacted them the day before I needed to be moved. The owner contacted me back within minutes and the rate I received was fantastic. The service itself was very efficient and well done. The movers were on time and kind. I highly recommend this company for anyone seeking moving services.
