  I cannot believe how easy Smoky Mountain Moving in Franklin made our out of state move. Everyone was polite and careful with our belongings. They worked with our challenging driveway as well as our schedule. When moving the furniture into the new home they made sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. My family members were so impressed with their level of service as well. It was almost as if they were friends helping us rather a business relation.

  We highly recommend this family owned business for any moving need....local or long distance. Our pleasant experience was a 500 mile move. Greg and his team handled our large move with expertise, care, and experience. My husband and I were 100% satisfied.

  I have only lived in the local area roughly 2 years and closed on a home and needed some assistance moving. I asked around and was told that Smoky Mountain Moving Co were amazing. I read reviews and saw how great they were and gave them a call about 5 days before closing. Laura told me they were booked up but to call in a few days to see what she could do. I closed the house on the 30th and needed help emptying a 10x20 unit. I reached out to Laura and she said she didn't think they would have anyone available. She seemed genuinely concerned and reached out to her husband the owner and called me back and said they'd be able to come out the next day early morning to load from the unit and unload at our new property. I couldn't have been happier. They were on time and I pitched in to help the 2 gentleman empty the storage unit. The owner and his employee were amazing. I cannot believe they were able to fit a 10 x 20 unit into the smallest of their 3 trucks. They promptly loaded and followed me home. We unloaded the bulk furniture into the workshop on the ground floor but needed to get most of the boxes up 2 flights of stairs into the upper floor. The owner assessed the situation and came up with a great idea to back up the truck and he personally handed the boxes over his head up to us high on the deck and we wrapped up everything in 2.5 hours!! Amazing! I rarely write reviews but their willingness to find a way to problem solve and get us squeezed in their busy schedule literally changed the whole dynamic of the move. Courteous, thoughtful, professional, are just a few words to describe this company. If I ever need any type of moving assistance there is absolutely nobody else I would even consider. I feel lucky to have gotten them. I would advise anyone who needs moving to use this company with no hesitation.
