  Solid Movers is by far the best moving company I’ve worked with in NYC! I’ve had them move my apartment 2 times now and each time they’ve extremely efficient and kind and taken such great care of my items! They give a great deal and take amazing care of their customers!!!!! Please hire themnext time you move!!!!

  Solid Movers did an amazing job. A family member died and had 40 years worth of stuff that needed to be packed and moved to storage. The crew came in on time, packed and efficiently moved the stuff out the apartment. The building wasn't easy, there were challenges, but it got done. I was communicated with the entire time, relaying when they would start each day (took two days). All charges were reasonable and fair. For all that was done, it was worth. Would definitely use them again.

  Do NOT use this company. Completely unprofessional, rude and lazy! They walked off the job without moving a single thing because there was "too much stuff" even though I provided an inventory in advance AND they are paid hourly. And then, when I called to ask to speak to the owner (Paul), I was told that he is estranged from the company!? SKETCHY.
