  Michael and his partner were very helpful and professional. They brought their own equipment and were ready to go as soon as they arrived. We needed them to take two trips, make a quick extra stop, and disassemble/reassemble my bed. They did so without complaint. Their price was fair and Mike communicated well. Will certainly recommend and use again. Thanks!

  Do NOT recommend this company. At first my experience with Michael was fine in moving to a new apartment just a few blocks from my old place. I had quite a few boxes, some light furniture, and – most importantly – an upright piano to be moved. I was assured all of the items could be moved on the day my lease started, including the piano. On the day of the move Michael informed me the lift gate on his truck wasn’t working properly and so the piano could not be moved until his other truck – on another job in Philly until around 5:00 pm that day – was available. He assured me he could return that evening once the other truck was free to move the piano. The rest of my things were moved without a problem and so I paid the remainder of the balance. However, after communicating to get the piano moved later that evening Michael told me he had just completed the Philly job at 8:00 pm. Mind you, I reached out to him to receive that information, not the other way around so I’m doubtful he would have reached out to let me know that himself. For the next three days I texted Michael requesting he come to move the piano with no response. He responded six days after my move-in date to let me know he had a family issue and that he could come the next morning. I was late in responding but confirmed my availability for the next morning to no response. Again, after reaching out to him (and not the other way around) Michael informed me that because of the lateness in my response that he had booked another job in Pennsylvania and wouldn’t be available until 4:00 or 5:00 pm that day (now 7 days since move-in). Unfortunately that was the last I heard from Michael. I’m sad to say I even had to consult my lawyer because of this issue, still with no response from Michael or the company. Two months after finally settling into my new apartment, and finding the extra money, I had a professional company move the piano. I don’t normally write reviews like this, even when I am upset or feel slighted, but the conditions around my move were stressful enough with everything else on my plate at that moment, and I find it completely unprofessional and disrespectful for Michael and his company to have conducted themselves this way.

  Professional, Reliable and very cautious. I would use them again and highly recommend to others. I have heard horror stories from people and movers they hire. Michael and Gerald were the best.!!!@@
