The 10x10' storage unit was relatively clean and easy to access 24/7. For 2 years the rent was market equivalent, but then the "new owner" hiked the rent and would not haggle to keep our business.

Unfortunately this inflation is real - prices are going up all over - electric / internet / garbage taxes etc

I could not ask for better service and location then Rock Road Storage. These units are well-built, they are clean, it's good access and security codes to enter

To high on price and makes you buy their lock that you'll never use again after you move out

We don't charge for the lock - it is provided for free with the initial Move In / ADMIN fee. This lock was specifically designed for these doors - providing you an additional level of security
