From the beginning and my first conversation with customer service, I was treated with respect and they walked me through everything they do. The crew we had was absolutely amazing. They worked extremely hard, fast and efficiently. They made sure to carefully bubble wrap and protect our TVs and fragile items, box our clothes, and ensure all mattresses were wrapped and sealed also. They were all so friendly and continued to ask us if we needed anything. I would hire them again in a second and will refer anyone I know moving to use Southbay Moving Systems. If you are looking to move, this is the company to help you do it!

Peter and the crew were amazing! They honored my request to show up at a time that was most-convenient with me. They were very diligent in making sure the house was kept clean and damage-free. The did a tremendous job wrapping my furniture! You can tell they pride themselves in their work. Last, they were very courteous and made sure things were set up the way I needed them to be. A++++++++++

As a military wife and military child, I have been through my fair share of moves. I must say this has been the best move yet. The crew was amazing, friendly and professional. They took great care in making sure my antique items were well prepped for transport. They were delicate and gentle with my items. The office staff was extremely friendly, personable and affectionate of my situation. I could not have asked for a better experience. Hands down would recommend.
