  Owner was very nice and helped me deal with my family's property after we were made aware that my elderly parents were forced to move never thought the process would be this easy and there employee's were also very helpful

  it's extremely unfortunate how absolutely horribly Steve runs his company and treats his employees. One of his employees called him to ask a quick question and I could hear this man screaming at him through the phone. Embarrassingly unprofessional. Once I did finally get in touch with him (only after contacting the state department he has his contracts through) he called me a "nasty c*nt" on the telephone. Probably because he actually then had to do his job (aka make another phone call) Most distressing, the belongings of several other people were in along with mine, and it was left to me to sort out why OTHER PEOPLES PROPERTY was in with my belongings. I had a long discussion with the general manager of the building he rents space from, to file a list of complaints - however I will also be filing paperwork with the state to ensure that no other family ever has to deal with what he put mine through again. That being said, there are great people working for the company, but Steve is a toxic mess who ruins everything he touches.
