Amazing price. Amazing units. Nan is amazing. She still has a gew units if you need some but she's selling fast.

I've had a trailer parked here for just under 6 years. I'm on autopay so I've never had an issue. Until this past month. Nan the manger calls to inform me that the owner has terminated my contract. When I asked for the reason, Nan stated that my trailer was "too heavy ". Keep in mind that this facility stores RVs. When I stated the fact that my trailer weighed considerably less than the RVs, Nan told me " My boss wants it moved. Period." I then asked for a letter of of termination stating the reason and time frame to move out. To date, I have yet to receive a call or letter from the owner. I've been denied the ability to make an online payment but I keep getting emails stating that my rent is "past due" Obviously, my business isn't valued and seemingly I'm not important enough for prompt correspondence. After 5 years plus, I feel that a customer deserves better.
