  I moved in my unit six months ago under very stressful circumstances. I didn;t have much money so the move in special made the difference made the difference in me storing and keeping my belongings or losing them. The staff has always worked with me even though I was late a few times. They always treated me well. I want to thank Southside for being there when I needed you. You will be my first choice if I need storage again.

  I would give a negative star if I could. This place is so unprofessional. I was a victim of hurricane harvey and they would not work with me. I had to call the owner to straighten everything out so I would not lose my storage unit. I called two months ago to cancel being I moved my stuff out and just yesterday received an invoice of nearly 200$ for being late. I called today and they say they system is messed up and to not worry. Seems they need new system and new people running the system. They are very rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend this place at all.

  I disliked the way I was treated when management called telling me I owed money. I paid for my unit promptly every month for four months. I went in to show my receipt for the time they claimed I owed. I also paid for the incoming month. I left and came back to my unit a few days later only to find that management had put lock on the unit that I paid for. Then they had the audacity to get upset with me because I was pissed about the lockout. Ms. Thang said I caused a commotion in front of her room full of people. I want to tell the whole world, The New Management does not know how to treat people.
