  I had a horrible experience with this company. I paid them to move a huge cyber dome tanning bed to my home that I purchased from a local business. They did not send enough men for the job and then sent them late in the evening so they had to keep my tanning bed on their truck for days taking it back to Christiansburg with them. They brought it back to Hillsville to my home and was supposed to send more men. They did not send more men and these guys struggled getting it unloaded and put back together. They dented, scratched, broke various parts that came out that I don't even know where the parts belong to put them back such as several bolts and washers. They stood inside the tanning bed on the acrylics breaking the acrylics and the pieces that hold the acrylics in to try and get the top back on. Now mind you I explained to them ahead of time this was not a normal tanning bed and a very large 52 bulb bed that weighed a lot. This is why I hired out getting it moved. With all that being said I waited several months to get a response on the claim I submitted with pics and all the information along with several calls and emails most of which were never answered. They finally came to a decision and only wanted to pay me out $300 which doesn't even cover the cost of what I paid them to move it let alone the cost of the tanning bed. I now have a huge tanning bed in my basement that I'm afraid to even hook up b/c I don't even think it was wired correctly as the person that took it apart was not there when they reassembled it. This company also claimed that I signed a document accepting .60 per lb and that the bed was only 500 lbs. This is also not true. The tanning bed weighs well over a thousand lbs and I never signed anything agreeing to that and have all the documentation proving it. Needless to say I would never recommend this company and I am still dealing with this.

  I can not say enough about how great these folks were! We had a short move across town with A LOT of stuff! The team from SWVA Moving and Storage kept in touch with me every week up to the move. They helped me think through all the tough decisions. The movers arrived on time and got straight to work. They carefully wrapped my furniture and covered the door frames and floor. They worked really hard all day long! Right to the end of the day. We were just so pleasantly surprised about how great it was to have these folks do our move for us!

  My mother passed away 6 weeks ago and then the toilet overflowed upstairs and flooded the entire house and these guys had to come in and pack up my parents house of 40 years and they were all so sweet and professional. I highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone and everyone. They are amazing!!!
