  Ordered a new hot tub cover. It did not fir perfectly so requested a replacement. It took a little while for Eric to get a replacement but he stayed on it. We now have a cover that fits perfectly and we are very pleased.

  Big Liars, Very unprofessional and untrustworthy people. People beware of their service. I want give zero rating not even one star. She changes her price in few days and in just two weeks doubled the price and claimed I never even called her even though she gave a pickup date. I drove 3.5 hrs, she says her guys are not available.

  Sorry for the confusion we quoted the customer a price that she thought was too high. She had a quote from someone else for half the price. We told her that was a great price and she should go with them. Days later she mistakenly called us asking when we were going to arrive at the site. We replied "you never hired us perhaps you are calling the wrong company" We offered to get her on the schedule and she hung up. I am sorry but I have been through this before customers call a handful of moving companies than get confused as to who promised or is doing what. In this case she thought she was calling the half price company not us. Thanks Erick Spa Delivery Service 17 years going strong

  I never even imagined that I'd end up with a hot tub and that actual hot tub moving companies existed. I found out about Spa Delivery Service as a referral and I highly recommend them. The company will give you a quote after you provide pick up and delivery locations. They will schedule a time within a 2-hour window of time on a specific date. What I appreciated is that the delivery drivers call you and tell you when they are on their way.
