my husband and I have been with space bucks since they first opened and we are very pleased with how friendly the staff is in the manager Randy's great he always keeps me up to date it lets me know what's going on. I have to say the only thing that is kind of a con but not really is at night time the lights in the hallways are on timers and they go off about every 5 to 10 seconds if you could just get them to stay on maybe for a minute or so at a time that would be perfect so I wouldn't have to wave my arm every 5 to 10 seconds to get them to go back on but other than that I give them a five star review****

I was searching online and reserved a unit. I had a question and sent an email. Randy responded that same day. We decided to look at unit and walked in and greeted and our first impression was welcoming and super clean. He explained every detail of process and took his time with us. We walked out saying how nice and friendly he was. Great customer service

Randy May was amazing, he really took the time to explain in detail what was going to happen when rented a unit from space box. He was helpful on finding me a unit closer to a bigger unit if need be in the future. Thanks Randy you’re the best!!!!
