The WORST self storage company in Enid. They do NOT send invoices or comply with autopay. They only send out payment notifications when they are past due so they can collect your fees. When I called to fix the situation they waived the fee and overcharged my insurance. When I asked them to remove the charge I was told “you already paid so there’s nothing we can do”. I come to access my unit that same night and the company left a lock on my door and did not send the code to unlock it until the next day. When I came to access my belongings with the second lock code, the gate has been closed and my code access denied. I clarified via kiosk that my gate code is correct and it was still denied. They do not provide 24 hour support for any issue and they do not respond to emails. I will be calling tomorrow to request a refund and move to a competitor as this is the third day they have restricted access to my belongings without cause.
