  Im not going to lie its a little creepy knowing what happen here and the storage unit is still busted open and everything still falling out of it. But other then that the place is nice its clean fenced in with barbwire, you need a code to get in the gate and a code to leave as well as a different code to get inside the buildings if your storage happens to be inside. Plus 50% off for two months when you sign up. Only thing i do not understand is why on earth i pay for insurance through your establishment when it literally doesnt cover anything - no water, fire or earth quake damage, no theft by any random person or employees of the company. No on site anyone and it takes forever to get customer service on the phone but other then the few flaws its not bad for a temporary situation.

  My unit was broken into 4 times between 11/18/2021 & 03/25/2022 and nothing was done about it. Boone contacted me & asked questions or wanted to show me video surveillance. Nothing at all was done and noone. seemed to me none gave a s***. If you want to keep your belongings, don't rent from them.

  Don't store you belongings with this company they will sell your unit right under your nose and say they sent a notice if you have a unit there ease find another was there the other day and somebody unit was broken into no sure security gate codes dont work. They are straught up thieves and will make it seem like your the crazy one. i dont even wanna give them a star they are horrible no remorse just sell your things to make a quick buck

Because you were in default on your unit multiple times over the past 12 months, we had to move forward with a lien sale. We offered an opportunity for you to retrieve your items without paying your full balance due, and unfortunately we didn't hear back from you. We were required to auction your belongings pursuant to Title XLI, New Hampshire lien laws. We are sorry it came to that, as don't profit or enjoy those situations.
