There is so much that went wrong in this move, that I won't waste your time on a lengthy review. We are now 3+ months past our move date and still trying to come to a settlement on the damages. I have over 90 photos taken on around 20 pieces that were broken or damaged in the move. Several pieces were being damaged in front of me, and when I asked the movers to stop, they continued to damage the furniture, saying "don't worry, you will get $.60 per pound on this item, Just file a claim." One of the pieces they broke was a Liberty Gun Safe. They admitted to using the wrong dolly and admitted they could not strap the safe to the dolly because they didn't have straps. As ONE guy was moving this 700+lb safe, I kept saying he needed more guys to help. He said he does this all the time and at that moment the safe fell on him. Two guys came over to help pick it up, and then they laughed about it. Now knowing they needed more than one person, the other two guys helped out and someone they continued to drop it on the concrete two more times. On the third drop the safe shot out a puff of dust from the broken fire-board inside. The safe lock in shot and I can't close or lock it now. I called Liberty and they said there is nothing they can do. They don't repair safes in that bad of condition. Some may say I should have gotten extra insurance on the move. Before we got the movers setup, we spoke with the McKinney Office manager and in his words he said: "I wouldn't do the extra insurance because it just gives the guys a reason to not take care of your items." Right then I should have knows... and that's my bad, but we had to be out of the house and didn't have options. I was told that manager was fired, and because he said that, and is no longer with the company, they can't do anything about it. Shady business. Just visit their McKinney Office to see for yourself. I will update this review one way or another, once I get to a resolution on all the broken items. Maybe, just maybe they will do what's right and stand behind their mistake. Oh... and they also hooked up the Washer incorrectly, so on the first load all the water came out fo the hose and onto the floor. Just when we thought they were done and could not have done any more damage, they left us with that.

Marcel and his team with Justin and Cameron are absolute pros. I hired Square Cow for an out of state move based on my past history using them locally in Austin. Wow. Torrential downpours didn’t stop these guys. They kept pressing on with smiles and friendly professional attitudes. Square Cow has done a great job putting these 3 gentleman out as ambassadors for their brand. Bravo.

Used Wildcat Movers to do a quick move and it was a good experience. Our movers were Taylor and Joseph. We happen to move on one of the hottest days in August. They were both professional and respectful of our things. Overall they did a great job. I would use them again.
