  I loathe having to write negative reviews. However, after moving out of my ~460 Sq ft. one bedroom apartment my landlord had the unit cleaned. The photos are of the unit before it was cleaned. I had swept up vacuumed and wiped down the fridge and cabinets before exiting. I'm sure squeaky cleaning services did amazing work making the apartment look like new. However, at 400 dollars for the cleaning (almost $10 per sq. ft.) plus an additional $25 per window for windowsills that were moldy and a $50 tip I ended up losing $700 out of my security deposit. I'm sure they did wonderful work cleaning - but the price was much more than I anticipated.

  Hi Stevil, we where told that the apartment did not need much work, but when we got there the the apartment needed a lot of cleaning. The price we charged, was very very fair. We were never told that the windows had a lot of mildew and mold, that is the reason why we had to charge more money. Just on the windows along it took an hour. Once we are done with our cleaning, I asked the homeowner to look over the apartment, and he told us that we did a good job. However we thank you for allowing us to service you.
