  "Came back to Upstate NY after six years in the Marines and used this company for my storage needs for one more assignment overseas. Came back to my unit having a small hole in the roof that did water damage to a kitchen stool and a few boxes. The owner said I should have had insurance and she wasn't responsible at all, despite repairing the hole the following weekend. They also were angry I didn't drop my key off to the unit to repair it, even though I only have one key and was out for the weekend. Their solution was to call me a belligerent and nasty customer and put the blame on me. I do think my situation is an anomaly, and probably most of their roofs are sound, but are you willing to take that risk? Long story short, I gave in excess of $700 dollars to this company to keep my items safe while overseas and expected my unit to stay dry. All I really wanted was an apology for their leaky roof and maybe $30 to replace my stool. Wouldn't recommend, and won’t return."
