  We moved a family member from Florida to Minnesota. Everyone involved in the move was great. Michelle explained everything. Everything was delivered. Chris and Tristan were hard working, and we're careful with all the items. So glad we chose St Pete Moving & Storage.

  This company over charged me. Billing is a hot mess and to get it correct is never going to happen. The movers if you use them watch every one. They steal. Lost multiple boxes when I paid to have them crated. The items should have never been lost. Just say no…..

  There was much apprehension ahead of moving all my worldly possessions from Florida to Michigan where I was staying at the time. Everything had to be done long-distance. after much research I chose St Pete Moving & Storage because I liked the manner in which David Lodge, my 1st contact with them, went. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave me good advice on the whole move. After he visited the storage unit and gave me a quote, we set up a pick-up date. From then on my move coordinator, Mary Williams, was so kind, patient (I called her with questions many times, and she always made me feel like everything was going smoothly). The pick-up was done superbly by Chris, Jeff, Sami, and Jeff!! I flew down to FL for this and they were so careful with my things when loading the truck. Everything had been in storage for over 2 years, but all was in good condition. They assured me that it would arrive in MI the same way. The delivery arrived at the scheduled time with Bill, the driver, calling me 48 hours before to let me know the hour. He and local helpers, Ron and Dario, were exceptional in the unloading process allowing me to direct the placement of my things into the apartment. It went so well and was a pleasant experience due to their careful ways and cheerful,friendly repartee. Everything arrived in good condition so far...I haven't finished unpacking. St Pete Moving & Storage is the absolutely best for any move, both local and interstate. They truly deserve 10 stars!! yet, but have no fear of breakage
