  Stanley Ford Eastland. Did some major diesel engine repairs on my eighteen-year-old truck. It took them a little longer than expected to get it finished. Do to some complications with removing parts from old truck. Right after I got the truck back from them. I drove it hard for 1,500 miles towing a 40 foot trailer. It seems that they have done an excellent job. My truck is running great, no more leaks.

  By far the most painless car-buying experience I've ever had! I bought a used truck sight-unseen over the phone last week, something I had never done before and quite honestly was pretty uncomfortable about the idea of doing beforehand. Salesman Oscar Esquivel was so nice and easy to work with, and he was very helpful in answering any questions I had about the truck and even made a video walk-through of the vehicle. The purchase process with my trade-in was seamless, and both Oscar as well as Kyle in finance were straightforward and transparent. I had the truck delivered to my home and my trade-in picked up, and I can't say enough about how easy everything was. I absolutely love the truck I bought—it's everything they represented it to be, which was real peace-of-mind since it's a used vehicle and I hadn't test-driven or looked it over in person before buying. I highly recommend Stanley Ford Eastland; they go above and beyond to make the process simple and keep their customers happy.

  Our family was on a trip from Dallas to Lubbock for a Texas Tech graduation ceremony. Just outside of Eastland on I-20 around 1:00 pm, our 2020 Ford Explorer started having a drivability issue with a significant loss of power. The closest dealership was Stanley Ford Eastland. Upon arrival and informing the dealership that we were traveling to attend a graduation ceremony, we were assisted by Service Advisor Gary McGee. Gary prioritized our situation, worked with the Service Technician, kept us informed as to progress, as well as identified and resolved the issue all within a two hour timeframe. Additionally, the other team members were extremely courteous offering assistance, snacks, and water. Gary and the entire team at Stanley Ford got us back on the road to safely and timely reach Lubbock without any additional issues. Surprisingly, the dealership did not charge us for the Service provided. Stanley Ford has set the bar extremely high for others to reach. To bad they are not located closer to the Metroplex. So, I give a big “Thank You” and a “More than Outstanding Job” to Gary, the Service Technician, and the entire team at Stanley Ford Eastland. If I’m ever around the Eastland area and need service for my Explorer or F-150, I’ll make arrangements at Stanley Ford Eastland. They have earned my business and endorsement.
