THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! Before booking with this company, I informed the man I spoke to on the phone that I would be moving onto an airforce base and he assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. I even spoke to the ‘owner’ on the day of my move and he also assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. So I arrived at my storage unit to meet the movers around 9 am. There was only a handful of large items and the rest boxes, should have only taken about 30-40 minutes to load onto a truck. With the airforce base (where I moved to) only a 15 minute drive from the storage unit, I expected them no later than 10 am. However, I decided to call the movers to check in around 11 am when I still hadn’t heard from them. They let me know they were “having issues” getting onto the airforce base so I agreed to meet them at the entrance point to assist them. Upon my arrival, I waited another 30 minutes (keep in mind I live in Las Vegas and it was 115 degrees outside) before the movers finally revealed to the guard that they were not American citizens. Why would you send 2 men who aren’t citizens to a US Airforce base? The two movers then called the ‘owner’ who drove down to the base to take over the move. The owner then arrived and he too FAILED the background check to allow access to the base. The owner then called his brother— who is not a professional mover at all— and he too drove down to come take over the move. After about 2 hours of waiting outside in the desert heat, experiencing the most unprofessional and chaotic MESS, the owner and his brother were finally allowed on base and delivered my belongings. To say it was a stressful experience is an understatement. The owner charged me FULL RATE and only credited the 2 hours that I waited at the gate while they scrambled to figure out how they were going to gain access. If they had sent American citizens in the first place, this long 6 hour ordeal would have been a quick 2 hour move and I would be a happy customer. However, considering this man charged me full rate despite the extremely unprofessional outcome, the massive inconvenience and stress it caused me and my currently deployed husband— I am utterly shocked and incredibly disappointed with the entire experience. I will be sure to NEVER recommend this moving company and will continue to share my horrible experience with as many people as I can.

If I could negative stars I would. This company spend 4 hours to move only couple items. They send 2 guys but one of the guy were either on the phone for 3 items or complain his hand got cut????? They just want to take more time to do the work so it will cost more money. This is the first company I’ve ever had before who took 4 hours to move less than 10 items. DO NOT work with this company if you don’t want to waist your money.
