Mom and pop run business. Rates are average, maybe on the higher end, you could probably find some place a bit cheaper if you look around. You will have to buy your own lock and key. Convenient because of the proximity to the interstate. The owners are very cut and dry and to the point. The lady is a bit odd to deal with, sort of standoffish. No dumpster or means to dispose of anything when you're moving. Heated units available. You need a code to enter and exit. Fenced in and well lit. They would not assist me with cutting the lock on my unit when coming from very far away, because we forgot our key. They insist upon sending your refund in the mail in form of a hand written check. This is a problem if you're far from your bank, because Walmart and most other check cashing service providers will not take hand written checks from a business. I would not recommend this place to a friend, or use it again if I could avoid it, though it wasn't terrible. Mediocre place. Customer service could definitely use some improvement.
