  We had a great experience with the Rhode Island-based team from Sterling, led by driver Brian H. They were friendly, efficient, mellow, communicative, quick, focused, and easy-going, all at once somehow! We had a big move with multiple stops on both ends and some additional complexities at the busiest time of year to move, and Brian and team took it all in stride. He also responded right away to my text to confirm, and was detail-oriented with all our random things. Really hugely appreciated!

  Sterling Corporation lost about 20% of our furniture and personal goods in a move from CT to NH over a month ago. Although Ryan Pennington, Operations Manager, claims to have found it, it has not yet been delivered and he won’t return my phone calls. This is ridiculous!! Absolutely the worst customer service experience we have ever encountered!! Please do something to get our furniture delivered. Margaret Masek

  We apologize for the issues with your move. We always try to deliver the best service possible and are truly sorry for the problems you encountered. After successfully finding your items in the warehouse last week, it was our intention to deliver these items over the weekend. Sadly, the storm delayed our ability make deliveries and yours had to be postponed until today. While Ryan has been in touch with you regularly on this, we apologize your call was not returned yesterday. He has informed me you have been notified and that everything was delivered this afternoon. Again, we apologize for these issues. We do understand your frustration and desire to be settled in your home with all your belongings and are sorry our goal of excellent service was not met on this occasion.

  Billy and his crew were on both ends of my move. The men were respectable, knowledgeable, helpful, and handled my furniture with care. They made sure that I was happy with the placement of my furniture and made it easy for me to access my items in my new home. I highly recommend Billy and his crew. They were the best!
