  I’m giving STI 2 stars because the pick up and pack up experience in Chicago was flawless but the drop off experience out of State was a disaster and should be 0 stars. The Chicago crew was super professional. At drop off the crew broke furniture and damaged property. When I communicated this to customer care they were not interested in making it right. They ask you to pay in cash or cashiers check at delivery because they don’t want to take any responsibility for damage. If you decide to work with them make sure you buy the additional insurance and avoid choosing STI for out of State move.

  I have so many good things to say about my experience with STI Moving that I don't know where to begin. I'll start with my initial call to the business to get a quote for a small out-of-state move.. I contacted a total of four moving companies. I knew that I had entered another level of professionalism when Nick walked me through the process and educated me on aspects of the move I hadn't considered. I chose STI over other national brands because I felt as if STI was going to be a partner in my move, and not a vendor. I no longer felt that my move was small and insignificant. Thank you Nick. The ease in contracting and payment was super easy. THE PACKING: I was taking items from two locations - a storage facility and my home. I received a confirmation call the previous day and the packers arrived within the promised window -- Yah! The speed at which they packed both locations has to be a record! They were in and out of my life so quickly, it left time for me to do a few other things on my list of to-do's I hadn't planned. I was thrilled when I got a call from the office that my items had a deliver date window of two days -- a lot sooner than we had anticipated -- Yeah! The day before delivery, Wander and Francisco called to share an estimated time of arrival for the next day within a 30 minute window. And yes, they arrived within that window. At this writing, I have unpacked everything, including 30 pieces of framed art, 100 pieces of china and glassware, etc. Not one piece was broken. I have had several cross country moves in my lifetime and have helped my daughter with Chicago to San Francisco and San Francisco to NY moves. I consider myself a professional mover. This company has surpassed all others by far. I'm hoping I'll have another move soon, just so I can experience this high level of professionalism, care and kindness.

  Óscar, Solís, Leopoldo, Vicente were my movers and we’re AMAZING! They made our moving experience a stress free one. They went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed to make my moving fast and easy on me. I highly recommend them to everyone and I will recommend them to every single person I know that will need movers. They don’t waste time, trust me that they are fast. They were kind and treated my belongings with care.
