  They don't do automatic payment and trying to get someone to answer the phone to make your payment is ridiculous. My bill was due 13 days ago and I've been calling every day to try and make payment leaving messages and everything and still no return phone call or answer when called. Im ready to move to a different storage unit place.

  We definitely appreciate our customers reviews. That being said, we appreciate TRUTHFUL honest reviews. I looked back through my call log. Before yesterday, you called 1 time on March 6th at 8:57am, which was a Saturday before office hours. You did not leave a voice-mail when you called. We do accept auto pay. We actually have quite a few customers who use it. You just have to set it up with YOUR BANK to process the automatic bill pay, and this was explained at the time you signed your lease. It was also explained to you that it is your responsibility to get your payment in on time and that we have multiple payment options. If you were truly that concerned about your payment being in on time, you could have dropped it in the drop box. You failed to mention that when you did speak to the manager yesterday, she waived your late fees, even though it was your responsibility to make sure to pay it on time. If you call any other company while they are closed, you are still responsible for your bill, are you not? As far as your review stating you're ready to find another storage facility...that is another great thing about our facility! You are NOT stuck in a lengthy contract! If you are that unhappy with our services, You are free to move out any time you want!
