Decent facility but they do the same thing as any other storage company. Get ya in with low prices and then over the next few months have 'policy changes' that now make it just as much, if not more than other places.

So far my experience has not been great. I rented a unit and the move in truck. I told the lady when I rented the truck that I would need to travel about 150-175 miles round trip. She said that was fine, explained the charges that I was going to have and I went on my merry way. She was great, very helpful, informative and thorough. We stopped and filled up the tank of course, until the gas pump did the auto shut off, it was very late, we were exhausted and wanted to get our 6 month old son home as it was late, and in the rush, my fiance forgot the receipt for the gas. Then I get a call from a gentleman who started off the conversation by telling me there were a few "problems". He basically said first of all, you were only "allowed" 50 miles and you went XYZ over that so I'm going to charge you. Also you didn't put ANY gas in the truck. I explained that we did, and he pretty much was like, you can't prove it so you need to come put gas in or I will charge you $75. I live 30 minutes away from the storage facility but had to drive all the way out there so that my fiance could literally FORCE more gas into the truck. Like he put the pump in, started pumping, it stopped at about $3.00 and he continued to force it until gas literally spilled onto the ground because he didn't want to be forced to fill the tank for a 3rd time. Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that I just moved everything, I would change facilities.
