If another customer leaves trash in front of your unit and you pick it up and throw it in the dumpster to clean it up so no one else has to then get charged a dumpster fee is how you lose business. It's bad enough to pay the prices for storage let alone trying to help clean the space. Bad customer service. 😑

The rental process online was simple and didn't take long to do... The prices are a little high for the small units and I was a little disappointed that the area I wanted a storage unit in was 3× more expensive than the others.. Therefore, I ended up referring a unit much further away than I liked.. Other than that I'm very satisfied with the rental process and size of the unit.. Serves it's purpose!
