Customer warning ⚠️ This business rips customers off and the manager told me that it is just their company policy and there is nothing I can do about it. Example: you are "pro-rated" for the month as of the day you move in, ok, sounds fair. I paid for the entire month of August on the 1st and moved out today, there will be no return of any money I paid for the month. Another person moves in this afternoon and will be pro-rated as of today. They are double dipping and refuse to admit they are scamming people because, " it's their policy, and obviously no one else minds because there is a waiting list for units". Guess what buddy, there is a list because there are not enough storage units to meet current demand, not because your company is the best.
