The young ladies that run this business are very customer service oriented! I showed up one night around 9 pm. I put my code in to gain access. The gate didn't open. I tried several times. No luck. I called the number on the gate. They made contact with the staff. Within 30 minutes they showed up. They tried to reset the Gate. No luck. So they went to another gate that was locked with a padlock. Opened it so I could get in. They waited around for me to unload things. Let me back out. No other place would do this. Then one of the movers accidentally broke my key off in the lock. I asked if they had a bilt cutter. They did. Allowed me to use it. Customer service is their main priority. Use them. They are the best around. I will use them if I ever need storage again. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.thank you very much for all of your help. It made moving a lot easier. Gave me great piece of mind.

We pay to have secure parking in the Commercial Lot at 1030 Elizabeth Street. Unfortunately no matter how often we complain about the lights not working and the gates not working - nothing changes except the increase in rates. And now Truck drivers that don't pay to park there are using it as overnight parking and occupying the space we pay for monthly. Seriously disappointed in the professionalism of Prime Storage. Starting parking there when it was Safe Storage and they at least made the effort to maintain the lights and the gates.

I rented a 26' truck and the folks in the office were professional and excellent to work with. The truck was in great shape and easy to drive.
