  Used this facility for storage during a move. Although it is an older establishment it's kept up well. Clean and dry! The isles are a bit narrow so be careful with larger vehicles. There are also steps in the driveways between storage units that may make low clearance autos bottom out so go slow and be aware!

  My Coach purses got mold all over them while in storage at store here. My items were properly packed, pollen was everywhere. This storage company requires you to carry insurance. XERCOR, their insurance provider, says in their brochure for the insurance providing clearly states that it covers mold. Since I paid an insurance premium for 2 years, I need to be reimbursed for my purses. Insurance is denying my claim for the mold. Had very difficult time reaching on site staff over the course of the time I rented there, calls would go to a call center and I would not receive a call back. Do not store your items here! There is no reason to deny my claim. Other than the mold on these purses, everything else was fine. I would not complain if I had not paid for coverage and now the coverage is not working.

  Michelle, we are sorry to have read this. Most insurance companies do not cover mold. However, Xercor, our preferred vendor does have that endorsement and is very good at providing the coverage when supporting documents are provided to them. Mold is not a usual occurrence at our facility. It normally happens when someone moves in while it is raining and does not protect the items. We always suggest using a drop cloth to protect your items from dust. We offer these to our customers for less than $1.
