      I informed a worker at your facility on a phone call that I was taking my business elsewhere. I gave her the info and she relayed to me that I have until *date* to move my items out. I was able to move them out yesterday (*date). I no longer need your services. I have been extremely disappointed with your storage facility. We had to speak with a worker virtually on 3 separate occasions. The Wi-Fi would not pick up my unit to unlock it because it was too far away in a dark corner. One of the virtual workers had to move my unit so it could reach the Wi-Fi signal. The sliding doors never opened for us each of the 3 times. It told me on the updated app that they were connected and unlocked, but they never opened. Yes, I downloaded the new app/update. We had to go through the main lobby all 3x we were there because everything else was locked. So much for 24-hour access. I researched your business online and thought it would be great for storing my dead husband's music equipment. It was already hard enough because he was killed recently by a drunk driver. Sorry, your facility only caused me to have 2 meltdowns and 4 different calls and virtual visits with people who kept passing me around to find someone who did have the answer. I hope that you improve on the issues I mentioned. I can't say I appreciate it because this was not a pleasant experience whatsoever.

      Amanda was so helpful! I wasn’t able to make it to the office on my original move-in date, but was able to keep my reservation and get the paperwork signed the very next day. My unit was very neat and clean when I started loading and customer service was perfect! Amanda is awesome and very friendly and was ready to address and answer all of my concerns and questions, and I was happy with the monthly rate here for my rental. Highly recommend!!

      I First Started using this storage facility Mid July. It was Called CubeSmart at the time. Facility was not the cleanest but I made it work. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I own a local business and I use this facility to manage my inventory. My first delivery got returned because I did not sign a key release form. Finally got that sorted out and beginning of September, the store went under new management and became what we know now as Store Ease. As Stated earlier, I use the facility to manage my inventory. shortly after Store Ease took over I noticed my packages were either being delayed or just not reaching my unit anymore. Checked tracking and one was rerouted to ups (not upon my request) and the others were left at front desk. I head to ups to pick up the package that was redirected there and UPS cannot locate the items. I received a call from store ease asking to come pick up my packages from the front desk. I come to the storage facility to speak to the manager on duty to see what was going on and she informs me that 4 boxes arrived. I kindly told her I previously signed a key release form and she tells me she could not find the key Which I found to be very unprofessional being that I receive packages here regularly and speak with the staff all the time. She informed me that they were going to be switching to combination locks and that next time my packages should be received. I asked her is there anything they would need me to do to ensure the whole process is smooth and clear. She says everything is fine or will be taken care of. 3 days later my packages are denied again and returned to sender. Highly Upset, I call the facility to see whats the issue now and they tell me they no longer accept packages, which again I found to be SOO unprofessional! Staff needs to be on the same page and not giving out misinformation! I am losing out on money and wasted time traveling back and fourth across Anderson just for more than half of my packages to not be located! I would HIGHLY recommend finding another storage Facility. I had to fight spiders and even roaches some days. The only reason I stayed with the facility was because it was close to my place of business but, you can find better, cheaper and cleaner storage facilities throughout anderson.
