Nice facility and staff. They just have a lot of tech issues. I recently downsized and after I put everything in the computer it crashed. The nice lady recommended I do it on my computer from home. No problem, we I sign into my account online and “some error occurred during space data fetch” so no go. Third times a charm as I called the facility and they were able to take care of switching my unit. Corporate needs to address these technical issues as there are many storage options in the area.

I had a very enjoyable tour with Karen the manager by the end of the tour I knew all the ins and outs along with policies, procedures, ,payments, cost and size. Very knowledgeable!! Karen was a delight, it was lunchtime and I could hear myself growling and I’m sure she was hungry too but she stayed through the lunch, it was perfect I would recommend it highly

What an amazing gal, Karen was to work with! She was kind and efficient when helping me set up my account. In today’s world people in businesses appear not to have time for old people like me. Karen is the kind of person you want to work with in a job, be a family member, or your neighbor. She made me feel like I was a human being and not a dumb one who could not work the registration page right on the computer. I normally do not reply to surveys as such but this one I did because Karen was wonderful! We need more kind people in the world like her!
